Our solution involves removing the old post, setting a new one deeper with concrete or gravel tailored to your soil type, and bracing it for stability. We also check adjacent posts to prevent future shifts.

High humidity, frequent sun, and mildew growth cause wood fences to turn gray, green, or patchy. We clean the surface with a gentle bleach solution or professional wood cleaner, then apply a weather-resistant stain or sealant. For vinyl fences, we use a mildew-specific cleaner to brighten them without damage.

We dig post holes deeper than standard (usually 24–30 inches) and use a wider base of concrete or packed crushed rock. This anchors the posts below the active soil layer. We also space posts closer together in areas with high clay content to distribute weight and reduce leverage from soil shifts.
