Sagging is usually caused by worn hinges, a loose post, or a broken weld at the hinge point. In Ecru's humid climate, rust can also weaken the metal over time. We’ll assess the gate, tighten or replace hinges, reset the post if needed, and weld any broken joints. We can also add a wheel or anti-sag kit for extra support. Most sagging gates can be made to swing freely again with a service call.
