Since 1981, Kirkland Sawmill has been a family-owned lumber yard serving the Kirkland, IL community and surrounding areas like Genoa-Kingston and DeKalb. Specializing in kiln-dried native hardwood lumber and live edge slabs, we offer a wide range of products including construction and pallet grade lumber, trailer flooring, horse fencing, firewood, sawdust, and landscaping mulch. Our inventory features hickory, cherry, maple, oak, and more. We provide custom sawing, planing, sanding, milling, and millwork, all supported by a solar-powered kiln with a 5,400 board foot capacity. Located near Route 72 and the historic Kirkland downtown, we are open to the public and welcome both residential and commercial clients.
