Look for leaning or wobbly posts, rotting wood at the base, cracked concrete, sagging gates, or gaps between boards. After heavy rain or snowmelt, check for soil erosion around posts. We remove the old concrete and any rotted wood, then pour a new reinforced concrete footing. For existing posts, we can use concrete mending compounds to fill cracks or install metal post anchors for extra stability.
