Our clay-heavy soil and seasonal heavy rains cause the ground to expand and contract, which loosens fence posts. Combined with humidity that can rot untreated wood, this leads to leaning or unstable fence sections.

Look for posts that wobble when pushed, cracked or splintered wood near the base, or a visible gap between the post and the soil. If the gate starts dragging or won't latch properly, those are clear signs the structure has weakened.

We start by assessing the soil around the fence posts. If erosion or poor drainage is the issue, we can adjust grading or add a gravel base during the repair. We also trim back overgrown vegetation and tree limbs that may be pushing against the fence, then finish with lawn care to keep the whole area healthy.
