Sagging gates in Sparks are usually caused by shallow posts that shift in our expansive clay soil. Over time, the gate’s weight pulls the post out of plumb. Navarro solves this by digging deeper post holes and filling them with concrete below the frost line. We also install anti-sag hinges and tension cables on wide gates. If your gate is already sagging, we can replace the post or add a wheel support to take the load off the hinges.

Leaning is a classic sign of soil movement, common in Sparks because of wet winters followed by dry summers. Standard fence posts set only 24 inches deep can’t hold.
