We address this by setting posts in deep concrete footings—typically 24 to 36 inches deep—and using rebar reinforcement. For wrought iron fences, we also weld cross braces and anchor the posts to concrete pads. This method minimizes movement even during dry spells when soil shrinks and cracks.

Yes. Wildfire exposure can warp iron, melt hinges, or weaken welds. We assess the gate's structure, replace damaged sections with new wrought iron, and re-weld joints. For electrical gates, we also check wiring and motors for heat damage. We then apply a high-temperature powder coating to protect against future fire risks.
